2011 is now history and we have begun 2012.  Time passes so swiftly…Colonial Honda is now in it’s 38^th year and as you know we are the oldest Dealership in the Carter Myers Family of Dealerships.  As well Carter Myers Automotive is just 2 years shy of it's 90^th Year as a Family Owned and Operated Automobile Company.  That’s right 38 and 88 years respectively serving and satisfying customers in Richmond, Tri-Cities and Central Virginia.

Your Colonial Honda has grown quite a bit since the days in Downtown Petersburg and you, our friends and customers are responsible for that growth and success.  All the associates here appreciate your business and your loyalty, giving us the opportunity to continue to earn your business every day.

I am new to Colonial Honda on a day to day basis but not new to Our Family of Dealerships.  Many may know me having been the General Manager of Heritage Chevrolet and I have been working with Our company for 24 Years.  Still the Executive Manager at Heritage Chevrolet I am proud to be part of the Colonial Honda day to day operations as General Manager.  We also have a New General Sales Manager, Scott Elyard and Used Car Manager Chris Crites as well as great Sales Managers Todd Eggleston and Kevin Rogers who many of you know.  Karl Soloe, Service Manager, who has been with the company for over 30 years now, is doing a great job leading our Service/Customer Care Team and Ron Reese, Parts Manager in our Parts department.  Both have been with the Company for many years.  Please stop by and allow me to introduce you to our Management Team.  I assure you they will take exceptional care of your every automotive need.

2012 promises to be a big year for Colonial Honda and Honda America nationally and worldwide.  We have gotten thru the trials of inventory shortage caused by the earthquake in Japan and the Flood in Thailand and we feel the inventory levels of the Hondas you love to drive will soon be growing again to normal conditions.  We are also to welcoming some great new Honda models this year that you and your family will all love.  The All New Honda CRV is here now and we introduced the New Civic and Pilot in the fall and availability is getting better every week.  The third party auto buffs have given us rave reviews on all three models.  Just a great bunch of reasons to think about buying a New Honda this year.

Our Service and Customer Care Center has grown.  We now have “Honda Express Service” and our staff of Factory Trained Technicians are ready to assist with all your automotive needs.  Keep in mind too that we are now a Full Service Tire Dealer with all the major Name Brands and some great  value rated tires as well for those that are really watching the dollar.  We will meet or beat any of the tire promotions out there so allow us to be your one stop Service Center.
